Whether you're a beginner or have been practicing for months or years, my unique private yoga class will help you through practices of yoga breathing and yoga poses to help improve your practice

  • Hatha yoga

    • A slower and more meditative form of yoga based on breathing and poses. Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely
  • Restorative yoga

    • In truth, restorative yoga is simple that, restorative. It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer. 

  • Vinyasa

    • a more stimulated and active yoga sequence. The breath is aligned with the pose as the person is active and moved thoroughly through poses.
